Last week, we worked really hard to hone in on our specific vision for the future.

In the printable worksheets that went with the Week 1 focus, we wrote out our dreams for 10 years from now...then by the end of 2019...and finally for the next twelve weeks.

We wrote some attainable goals for five areas of life:
  • Home
  • Health
  • Money
  • Relationships
  • Personal Growth

This week, we'll continue focusing on these five areas and our vision for the future.

We'll also start to think about our daily and weekly routines that will help us to keep our houses running smoothly.  Look for a post this week related to a weekly cleaning schedule!

We'll learn a bit about the importance of building healthy habits and continue to challenge each other to focus with intensity on our week.

We will continue to track our January habit every day.  Keep up the good work!

"The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg was a life-changing book for me.  It is definitely one that I would highly recommend and I love the fact that it has an audio-book version is even better!
