I've created some worksheet to help us DREAM BIG and then think about some action steps that we can put into place over the next twelve weeks to make that dream come to life. In the printable document for this week, you'll get an overview of where we're headed for the next twelve weeks. You'll also be able to go through some guiding questions and really narrow down what you are wanting to see in your future! There's a lot of research out there that supports the fact that when we write out a specific vision for our lives and come up with action steps to reach those goals, we work harder to make that vision a reality! |
On your worksheets for this week, you'll find some guiding questions about what you want your life to look like ten years from now...
then one year from now... and finally at the end of the next twelve weeks. The final sheet includes five major areas of life (home, health, money, relationships, and personal growth) and suggests that you create attainable goals for each area. This page also asks you to commit to ONE HABIT daily for the whole month of January. A few of my goals include losing 12 pounds over the next twelve weeks, tracking our spending every night, and doing one load of laundry a day, from start to finish. So now it's your turn! |
Take some time and really think about your goals for the next twelve weeks!
The more I thought about it, the more I realized that while twelve weeks isn't very long, we can get a lot accomplished in a short amount of time if we are intentional with our time and goals! Write out your specific vision for what you want life to look like ten years from now and then think about what you could do over the next three months to take you closer to making that dream come true.
